The circulating dose figure is a simplified mathematical estimate based on published half-life values. It may differ substantially from the actual concentration of any substance in your body. Weight trends, projections, deficits, and ETAs are statistical estimates, not clinical measurements.
Athlete Mode, arriving in version 1.4.0, charts fitness readings from Apple Health beside your logged doses, and every statistic it prints is descriptive. A correlation is not causation: it reports that two series moved together in one person's past, and nothing more. The app states this beside the figure, verbatim: “Describes what happened together, not what caused what.” Days from a single person carry no control group, and sleep, alcohol, illness, travel and training load move these readings as much as anything else. The strength labels the app attaches, from “no clear relationship” to “a strong relationship”, grade the size of the correlation, never the quality of a reading, a dose, or a decision. Nothing in Athlete Mode assumes which way any number should move, grades a value as good or bad, or constitutes medical, training or performance advice.

On research compounds
Some medication presets in the app cover compounds that are not approved by the FDA and are labelled inside the app as "Not FDA approved, research use only". Their half-life figures are best published estimates from the literature, not established clinical values. Including a preset is not a recommendation to use that compound.
On the reconstitution screen
The reconstitution screen converts vial strength and water volume into a concentration in mg/mL. It deliberately does not calculate a dose, a draw volume, or a number of syringe units. That calculation belongs with your prescriber.
